The ResNet Computing Consultants (RCC) support group is here to help you.

    RCCs
  • Assist with the registration of computers connecting to the ResNet network
  • Help with Internet, cable or phone problems in the residence halls and refer to IT staff as needed
  • Staff the RCC Help Desk in the Burge Union, Room 209
  • Provide support for Sophos antivirus on student machines

Walk-up assistance in the Burge Union (summer hours):

  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
  • 10:00am to 5:00pm Saturday
  • 12:00pm to 5:00pm Sunday (phone support only)
