Important information regarding ResNet and illegal downloading

The ResNet Computing Consultants (RCC) support group is here to help you.

RCCs
• Assist with the registration of computers connecting to the ResNet network
• Help with Internet, cable or phone problems in the residence halls and refer to IT staff as needed
• Staff the RCC Help Desk in the Burge Union, Room 209
• Provide support for Sophos antivirus on student machines

Spring 2010 (Regular Hours)

• 8:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday
• 12:00pm to 5:00pm Sunday

Spring Break (March 12 through March 21)

• Friday, March 12: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday (March 13 and 14): Closed
• Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday, March 20 and 21): Closed
