What to expect about your ResNet connection

The ResNet staff would like to make your service as friendly as possible and to do this, we have compiled this information about our service and what to expect.
Move-In Information
All residents, who live in KU Housing, must register their computer for each semester if you want a Network Connection. Please use this link to begin registration. If you have any problems or questions, please call the ResNet Help Line at 812-0000. Thank you. **Remember that Network Connections are optional. Each registration will incur a charge of $98.45/semester ($70.70/Summer Semester). This charge is NOT usage based and will be applied whether your connection is used 1 hour or 1000 hours.
System Requirements
PC Mac Please bring all original system discs with you at move-in. This will help our RCC's serve you more efficiently.
