ResNet Reactivation Fee Information

All students are required to go through an activation process to ensure the security of their machine. A ResNet reactivation fee is associated with this responsibility. If ResNet must deactivate the student's connection because their machine is infecting or damaging the network, the registered user of that machine must pay a $45 fee if they wish to reactivate their network connection.

ResNet staff members are on call from noon-6pm most days to remove viruses and to answer other computer related questions. This $45 charge must be paid to NTS in our office before reactivation. See the ResNet Contact Page for directions and contact information.
